Tres provides personal training and lifestyle coaching for those wanting to lose weight, improve their diet, and increase their overall strength and wellbeing. With knowledge built from his personal experience, he is also finishing up multiple certifications in personal training, nutrition, bodybuilding, and weight management.
Health and Wellness Coaching
Scott provides health and wellness coaching for those seeking to improve their physical, emotional, spiritual, and relational health. He received training to be a Whole Health Coach (WHC) through the Veterans Health Administration Office of Patient Centered Care & Cultural Transformation.
