Jon Bjorgaard, MDiv
Hi, my name is Jon and I am a Master's-Level Pastoral Counselor. I specialize in helping those struggling with emotional and relational issues. I received my Master of Divinity (MDiv) from Concordia Seminary St. Louis, and my Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University St. Paul. I have previously been a pastor for over 32 years, and have provided pastoral counseling to hundreds of people from all walks of life. I have served church communities in New York, Utah, Arizona and Michigan.
I am the proud father of two children, Katie and David, who live in Colorado. I feel called to serve men, couples, and families to help them find deeper significance and purpose. It is my goal to empower you overcome life’s challenges and find greater freedom and fulfillment. Everyone struggles to some degree and may feel a need to find the right path toward joy and freedom. It could be relationship issues, financial problems, addictions, self esteem, grief, loss, anger, stress, anxiety, sadness, depression, etc.
I work with men, couples, pastors, and business leaders in helping them to navigate through life's challenges. You may feel like you need someone to help you discover where you are and how you can move in a direction to the best possible future. Maybe you are not feeling as close to God has you have in the past and want a deeper connection, or you are looking to gain tools to apply your faith in a deeper way to make a greater difference in this life. I also work with pastors and business leaders to find the right balance in life and their careers. I have formulated Scripture based methodologies that Jesus used in training his disciples that are proven to be effective in helping churches and businesses thrive and have greater impact.
