Now at 40-years-old, I am at the healthiest I have ever been (and often get confused for being in my late 20's). But telling you this is not about me — I want to share this knowledge and inspiration with others. This is why I continue to pursue my passion to help others become a better version of who they really are.
My Fitness Approach

I specialize in guiding those at the beginning of their fitness journey (or those who are looking to start again). My approach blends time-tested bodybuilding techniques with the latest research to create tailored workout programs. My approach resonates deeply with people of faith who have a desire to integrate physical and spiritual health. I believe that every man has a unique path to wellness, and it's crucial to celebrate each one's journey without the pressure of unrealistic body ideals. Effective, long-term transformation comes from a place of self-love and self-care — not self-hatred. You may never achieve the body of a celebrity, but you can become the best version of you. My ultimate goal is not just about physical transformation but about helping others transform into the best version of themselves, fostering a deeper connection between body, mind, and spirit.

My training programs go beyond the constraints of extreme diets and punishing treadmill sessions; instead, I emphasize meal plans that focus on real, wholesome food that truly satisfies, paired with a weightlifting regimen designed to build muscle, shed fat, and enhance overall strength. For those looking to integrate their wellness journey with their spiritual path, I also implement various spiritual disciplines that sharpen and focus the mind and spirit. If you purchase a plan that includes coaching sessions, Tres can either meet with you online (via telehealth) or in person at one of our Phoenix-area offices. If you live in the Phoenix area, Tres can also travel to you for at-home personal training sessions for an extra $25 per session (if at the Rev Up Plan) or for no additional charge (if on the Accelerate Plan). Packages must be paid up front and are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
